AMRAKHAND/MANGO SHRIKHAND







INGREDIENTS



1. Thick Curd                                       600 gms

2. Ripe Mango Pulp                             300 gms

3. Condensed Milk                               200 gms

4. Cubed Seasonal fruits  (optional)      1 cup





METHOD

Put the curd in a muslin cloth and hang it for an hour or so to drain the water. Peel the mangoes & place the pulp in a bowl. Mash it properly using a hand  Blender. Add thick curd and blend it into a smooth paste. Pour in the condensed milk and blend the mixture again. Top it with fruits.

Chill in the freezer for about 20 minutes & serve.
