BUTTER MUSHROOMS
1. Button Mushrooms - 1 cup
2. Black pepper powder - 1 tbsp
3. Yellow Butter - 2 tbsp
4. Freshly grated ginger - 1/2 tsp
Method
Wash & prepare mushrooms by removing stalks. Boil in salted water for 10 minutes. Drain & keep aside. Heat butter in a pan & gently fry the mushrooms. Add black pepper powder and ginger & stir fry till done. Serve hot.
