Soya Granules Veggie Delight
SOYA GRANULES VEGGIE DELIGHT
INGREDIENTS

Soya
Granules (boiled): 1 cup

Onion
[finely chopped]: 1 No
3.
Tomato
[cubed] : 2 Nos
4.
Fresh
Green peas [boiled]: 1/3 cup
5.
Ginger
[grated]: 1 tsp
6.
Garlic
[finely chopped]:1 tsp
7.
Green
chilli [finely chopped]: 2 Nos
8.
Turmeric
powder: 1/2 tsp
9.
Red
chilli powder: 1 tsp (optional)
10.
Coriander
powder: 1 tsp
11.
Cumin
powder: 1 tsp
12.
All
spice powder [Garam Masala]: 1 tsp
13.
Salt:
1 tsp or to taste
14.
Water
:1/3 cup
15.
Refined
Oil or Clarified butter: 2-3 tbsp
16.
Fresh
coriander leaves[finely chopped]: a bunch
METHOD:
Heat
oil in a pan. Put onions & stir fry
till pink in colour. Add tomatoes, ginger, garlic & green chillies.
Continue to sauté till the tomatoes get cooked. Add boiled fresh peas to this
mixture & cook for some time. Sprinkle turmeric, coriander, cumin, red chili powders & salt.
Cook for 1-2 minutes till the spices get blended. Then, mix in Soya Granules & sauté for
some time. Pour in 1/3 cup of water, cover & cook. Once the vegetable is
cooked, add All spice powder & cook for another minute. Garnish with
chopped coriander leaves & serve hot.
Note: Soya granules need to be washed, soaked for some time in
water, boiled & rinsed properly before use.
