LEFTOVER PETHA AND COCONUT LADDU
INGREDIENTS
1. Petha - 100 gms
2. Desiccated Coconut- 100 gms
3. Almonds (finely chopped)- 2 tbsp
METHOD
Grate Petha in a bowl. Add Desiccated Coconut and finely chopped Almonds. Mix well and shape into laddus. The ratio of Petha and Desiccated Coconut can be varied depending upon taste. For more adventurous foodies, add a little cocoa powder in this mixture and then shape into laddus.
