Ingredients
1.
Boiled
potatoes (mashed)- 6-7
2.
Boiled
peas (mashed)- 50 gms
3.
Onion
(cut into small cubes)- 1
4.
Coriander
leaves- finely chopped
5.
Green
chillies- 2-3 cut into small pieces
6.
Cornflour-
4 tbsp
7.
Semolina
(sooji)- 4 tbsp
8.
Bread
crumbs: 3-4 tbsp
9.
Coriander
powder- 1 tsp
10. Cumin powder- 1 tsp
11. Turmeric powder- 1 tsp
12. Red chilli powder- 1 tsp or according
to taste
13. Salt- 1 tsp or according to taste
14. Oil- for frying
Method
Mix
all the ingredients except Cornflour, Semolina & Oil. Shape into cutlets of
required size. Separately, prepare a syrup of Cornflour with some water. Heat oil in a pan. Dip the cutlets in the Cornflour syrup &
roll lightly in dry Semolina powder. Deep
fry in hot oil till golden brown. Serve hot with sauce.
