EASY RECIPES: SUJI CHILA
INGREDIENTS
- Suji (Semolina): 1 cup
- Atta (Wheat flour): 1/4 cup
- Curd: 1/2 cup
- Onion (Finely chopped): 1 No.
- Green Chillies (finely chopped): 2-3 Nos
- Coriander leaves (finely chopped): a bunch
- Ginger (grated): 1 tsp
- Salt: to taste
- Oil: for frying

Method:
Mix together Suji, Atta, Curd, Salt and Water to make a paste. Keep aside for 15 minutes. After that add Onions, Green Chillies, Ginger and Coriander leaves. Mix well and make sure that the paste is of dosa batter consistency. Heat a non-stick pan and pour some oil. Then put 2 laddle fulls of the batter and spread properly. Cook on medium flame till done. Serve hot with sauce or green chutney
