EASY RECIPES: SUJI CHILA



INGREDIENTS


  1.  Suji (Semolina):  1 cup
  2.  Atta (Wheat flour):  1/4 cup
  3.  Curd: 1/2 cup
  4.  Onion (Finely chopped):  1 No.
  5.  Green Chillies (finely chopped): 2-3 Nos
  6.  Coriander leaves (finely chopped): a bunch
  7.  Ginger (grated):  1 tsp
  8.  Salt: to taste
  9.  Oil: for frying

Suji Chila





Method: 


Mix together Suji, Atta, Curd, Salt and Water to make a paste. Keep aside for 15 minutes.   After that add Onions, Green Chillies, Ginger and Coriander leaves.  Mix well and make sure that the paste is of dosa batter consistency. Heat a non-stick pan and pour some oil. Then put 2 laddle fulls of the batter and spread properly. Cook on medium flame till done. Serve hot with sauce or green chutney
