Simple strategies to loose weight easily and quickly



  1. Never skip the first meal of the day (Breakfast). A filled up gut in the morning ensures lower food cravings for the rest of the day.
  2. Drink coffee sans sugar, It boosts metabolism and helps in burning calories.
  3. Eat more fruits and vegetables as they have high content of water, nutrients and fiber. They usually have very low energy density allowing to eat large servings without consuming too many calories.

  4. Eat your dinner early (before 8 pm) and keep it light.
  5. Minimize sugar intake.
  6. AVOID ALCOHOL!!!!!!. Alcohol slows your metabolism by depressing the central nervous system.
  7. Intake of a little protein every meal increases metabolism and burns calories.
  8. Drink water. It has zero calories and carbs and little to no sodium, making it the perfect slim-down drink. 
  9. Exercise each day for around 15 to 30 minutes a day. If nothing else try to walk for a bit each day.
  10. If possible lift weights as resistance exercises avoid loss of muscle mass. REMEMBER loss of muscle mass reduces calorie burning in the body. 
  11. Sleep like a dead log for around 8 hours or so. It has been found that people who sleep less than seven hours per night are heavier, gain more weight over time, and have a harder time losing weight!
  12. Keep on moving, fidgeting and grooving.  
  13. Get your thyroid checked.
