MAKKI ATTA LADOO
INGREDIENTS
1.Maize Flour
(Makki ka Atta): 1 cup
2. Wheat
Flour:1 big spoon
3. Jaggery
(Gur) cut into small pieces: 1 ¼ cup or  according to taste
4. Clarified
butter (Desi Ghee) :2 tbsp
5. Salt:a
pinch
6. Almonds,
Cashews and Walnuts roughly chopped) and Raisins:a handful     
METHOD
Make dough by mixing 
Maize flour, Wheat flour and a pinch of salt. Roll out thick chapattis
and cook on both sides in a non-stick girdle. Separately, heat clarified butter
in a Pan and melt Jaggery.  Cut  the chapattis into small pieces and mix in
the melted Jaggery with dry fruits. Knead the mixture properly into a dough and
shape into Ladoos. These nutritious and delicious Ladoos can be stored for a
