Pain free joints

Joint mobility is defined as the range of uninhibited motion around the joint.

Joint mobility training is one of the best means to alleviate joint problems, low back pain, tension, stiffness, and limited range of motion.

Mobility training is an absolute must due to the following reasons:
  • Lubricates joints and allows them to receive nutrition through synovial fluid
  • Aids in removal of toxins
  • Reduces joint pain and inflammation
  • Increases range of motion (flexibility in motion)
  • Increases energy by reducing unconsciously held tension
  • Prehab for injury prevention
The most basic joint mobility routine can involve simple joint rotations. A very basic routine which almost anyone can follow is available on YouTube courtesy Emmet Louis. Follow this routine for a week and you will immediately notice a difference.

A more comprehensive routine called Recuper8  available free of cost can be downloaded from

http://www.recuper8.org/

This program is an absolute master class and it includes is an hour-long coaching session where Scott Sonnon of RMax International takes you through a series of very specific exercises to compensate for the common health problems.
