CHOCOLATES
INGREDIENTS

Cocoa Powder: 1/2 cup

Milk Powder: 1/2 cup
3.
Cocoa Butter (grated)*: 1 cup
4.
Honey : 1 cup or according to
taste
5.
Chopped Nuts: 2 tbsp
6.
Vanilla Essence: 1/2 tsp
*in case Cocoa Butter is not available, normal salted Butter or Coconut Oil can be used as substitutes.
METHOD
Sieve together Milk and Cocoa Powders. Dry roast the Nuts and keep aside. Boil water in a pan. Thereafter, place a glass bowl on top of it to
set up a double boiler. Lower the flame. Make sure that the water does not
touch the glass bowl. Melt Cocoa Butter in the bowl. Then add Milk and Cocoa Powder mixture stirring continuously until smooth. Stir in Vanilla Essence. Remove from fire, put roasted Nuts and pour in Honey. Mix well and then pour it in a chocolate mould. Tap the mould to ensure
that there are no air bubbles. Chill in freezer for about 1-2 hours and then
demould.
