Besan, Atta, Boondi Laddoo

Ingredients


1.    Wheat flour:  50 gms
2.    Gram flour: 25 gms
3.    Coloured Sweet Boondi: 150 gms
4.    Almond slivers: 1/2 cup
5.    Almonds: a handful
6.    Desi ghee: 4 big spoons
7.    Water: 1/4 cup

Method:

Heat Desi ghee in a wok. Add Wheat and Gram flours. Keep stirring on low flame till the mixture gets cooked. Add 1/4 cup Water and continue to stir till it leaves sides. Add Boondi, slivered Almonds and remove from fire. Pour out this mixture on a greased plate. Once cool, cut into cubes and top each with an Almond.
