Rava Coconut Laddu

                                           
Ingredients:

Rava (Suji/Semolina):  1 cup
Desiccated  Coconut:   3/4 cup
Sugar (powdered):  3/4 cup or according to taste
Mixed Dry fruits (coarsely chopped):  1/4 cup
Clarified butter (Desi Ghee): 5 tbsp
Cardamom (Elaichi) powder: 1/2 tsp
Milk: 3-4 tbsp



Method

Heat 3 tbsp Clarified butter in a non stick pan. Put mixed dry fruits and stir fry for 2 minutes. Then add Rava. Stir continuously for 8-10 minutes till the Rava gets cooked. To this, add Cardamom powder, Desiccated coconut and the remaining Clarified butter and cook for 2-3 minutes. Remove the mixture from the Pan and put it in a bowl. Add Sugar powder and mix well. While the mixture is still hot, put 3-4 tbsp milk and shape into laddus. Store in an air tight container,
